Nightclub to Family Home

This project was a labour of love and it was the largest renovation I had ever done. The building was formerly a two storey with commercial premises and a flat above. The building had once been a locally famous nightclub in the 1960's and later had been semi converted into a shop and residential space. I converted the residential space into a luxury loft style apartment with a large lounge, bedrooms and a dressing room. The value of the property has doubled since completing the renovation and styling.
